250 gr beef/chicken mince
2 buah wortel potong dadu kecil2 (sangat kecil)
3 siung bawang putih ditumbuk
merica, garam, gula secukupnya
telur 3 butir dikocok
remah roti 1 bungkus (bread scrum)
gabin asin 1 bungkus
2 sendok makan tepung terigu
100 ml air
cara masak:
(bahan isi)siapkan minyak untuk menumis bawang putih, mince, dan wortel, tumis sampai berbau harum kemudian tambahkan garam, merica, dan gula. sementara itu siapkan 100ml air ditambah 2 sendok makan tepung terigu aduk2 dan masukkan ke dalam tumisan mince dan wortel, aduk2 tungu hingga air habis dan adonan mengental. setelah adonan tidak berair, angkat dari kompor.
(kulit) siapkan air hangat dalam mangkuk. keuarkan gabin asin satu persatu celupkan kedalam air hangat langsung diangkat (jangan kelamaan mencelup), tata rapi semua gabin dinampan isi dengan mince yang telah dibumbuin tutup bagian atas dengan gabin lagi begitu seterusnya.
(mengoreng) siapkan minyak panas (deep fry), celupkan gabin2 yang telah diisi mince ke dalam telur kocok, angkat dan gulingkan ke remah roti sampai semua menutupi permukaan gabin, goreng hingga kecoklatan. sajikan hangat2, pake cabe rawit juga ok. biar lebih cantik potong gabin2 secara diagonal.
